This website is a project of LumenWorx LLC. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit the site or request Midsomer Monday updates. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@lumenworxllc.com.
Information we collect
If you request updates, we collect the email address you submit, the fact that you requested Midsomer Monday music and film updates, and the source of the signup. Formspree, our form-processing provider, may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, access time, domain name, and referring page to deliver and secure its service.
You do not need to provide an email address to view the site or watch the embedded video. This website does not place your submitted email address in a URL or save it in browser storage.
How we use information
We use signup information to record and manage your request, send Midsomer Monday music and film news, respond to privacy or support requests, protect the site and form from abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell or rent submitted email addresses.
Service providers and other websites
Signup submissions are processed by Formspree on our behalf. Formspree may store and process information in the United States and other countries where it operates, as described in its privacy policy.
The site embeds a YouTube player in privacy-enhanced mode. Loading or using the player may send technical information to Google or YouTube and is subject to Google’s privacy policy. Links to Spotify, YouTube, and other websites take you to services that operate under their own privacy policies.
Retention
We retain signup information while you remain subscribed or while it is reasonably needed to manage your request. If you withdraw your request, we will remove your address from our active update list. Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, or to document and honor an unsubscribe request. Formspree may retain information under its own retention practices.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe instructions in an email or by contacting support@lumenworxllc.com. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify a request before completing it, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing or to withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Children
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request its removal.
Website operation and security
This version of the site does not add advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the site, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when an updated notice is posted.
